Please note that we only accept refunds or returns if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or any other personal preferences.

Possible after 14 days from the delivery date to report any issues with your order and request a refund.

To qualify for a refund, your item must:
- Be damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Be incorrect (wrong item sent).
- Be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

1- A clear description and photos of the issue
Approval Process: We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Return Instructions: If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and return shipping details.
Inspection & Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm the refund status. Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping when returning the item.
Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at returns@modestera.com
Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items due to size selection errors.
- Items where the customer changed their mind.
- Fabric preferences as the material composition is noted on the site.
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo proof so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hour of being placed.
After the 2-hours window, orders cannot be cancelled, as they are immediately processed for fulfillment, preparation, or production. Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. We kindly ask customers to review their order details carefully before completing their purchase.
To request a cancellation within the eligible time frame, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@modestera.com with your order number.

How do I wash my top?
For best care, turn the garment inside out (where applicable) before washing. Use a cold gentle cycle in the machine and avoid using bleach. Tumble dry on a low setting, and if ironing is needed, use a cool iron.
