Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return — no lengthy explanations needed.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging
- With all tags still attached (Please note that if that tags are removed, then the order can't be returned anymore).
To start a return, please email us at returns@modestera.com with your order number, the reason for the return and the condition of the your order. The team will be in touch to help you out and find the best solution in line with our policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right size or colour is to return your original item and place a new order separately. This ensures you get what you want without waiting on stock.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at returns@modestera.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll resolve it immediately — at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this window, your order enters fulfilment and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
To cancel within the eligible window, email returns@modestera.com with your order number as soon as possible.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receipt for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. Your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
